产品描述：
1.本机为平面自动输送式喷砂专用机、输送速度可变频数字控制。喷砂速度快。加工品质稳定、操作简单。
2.操作时将工件放在输送带上、喷砂作业自动完成、简单方便。
3.喷砂摆动弧度可调整大小。
4.喷枪与喷枪架具，可依工件尺寸摆放，并可做720度旋转，以便各种工件喷砂加工。
5.配有大型集尘机和特制砂材与粉尘旋风分离器，可分离砂材与粉尘，可减少砂材消耗， 环境污染。砂材可自动循环使用。
6.本机配有十组喷枪，每支喷有单独控制，配有两支吹净枪，可减少加工后工件上所附砂材。
7.可依客户工件大小，形状产量而设计适合此产品专用机，此机也可以依客户工件需求配备湿式集尘设备。

百富机械皮带输送式全自动喷砂机对金属件产品具有消除表面的污垢（如锈层、氧化皮、油污、涂层等）、毛边毛刺、划痕及其他杂物，使表面达到哑光状态，同时获得均匀的喷砂面;在喷涂、电镀、氧化、喷油等工艺时进行表面的清理清洁的预处理工作，增加表面附着力；同样的可用于玻璃、亚克力、石材、陶瓷等的表面文字、图案的雕刻与磨砂面工艺，塑胶、木材等产品的表面毛边毛刺的清理，选择不同的砂料即可获取不同的砂纹，在喷油处理时增强表面附着力，不易磨损及刮花。
