用途

金相试样切割机（以下简称切割机）是利用高速旋转的薄片增强砂轮来切取金相试样，它广泛的适用于金相实验室切割各种金属材料。由于本级可附有冷却装置，用来带走切割时所产生的热量，因而避免了试样遇热而改变金相组织。

本切割机除能切割各种金属材料以外，还能切割非金属材料如塑料、胶管等。

结构特征概述

 Metallographic Specimen Cutter, which cuts off metallographic specimens by means of thin abrasive wheel revolving at high speed is widely applicable for cutting metallc materials in melallography laboratory, Since a cooler is attacted to the machine to carry away the heat produced during cutting metallogapic structure of the specimen will not undergo any change due to overheating.

Beside cutting various metallic materials, the machine can also be used to cutnonmentallic mae-terials such as plastics rubber tubed, etc.
