防爆纤维简介
防爆纤维是防爆化学纤维的简称，纤维是以聚丙烯为原材料，通过特殊工艺制造而成的，具有抗拉申、耐冲击、提高整体强度；疏水、排气、防龟裂、防爆裂；缩短烘烤周期、简化升温过程，提高整体使用寿命的一种特殊纤维。在定型与不定型耐火材料烘焙干燥过程中，为了便于水蒸气压力从砌体中得到及时释放，防止砌体的爆裂而加入浇注料中的一种用添加剂。
纤维的作用机理在于十分均匀乱向分布在砌体中，形成由内及外，由上至下的网络体系，随着烘焙温度的提高，它开始软化、收缩、熔化， 形成气孔，原有的网络体系变成了类似人体的汗毛排汗体系。将烘焙过程中产生的水气压力及时排出。而关键的纤维与纤维之间的搭桥联接、排气孔径的大小，纤维在砌体中分散程度决定了砌体中排压的效果。
金林防爆纤维有两种：软化点80与110，熔化点100与150。纤维加入耐火材料或建筑混凝土、灌浆料、工业地坪、干粉砂浆肌体中可有效缩短烘干时间，并且防爆纤维可以提高材料的整体抗折与耐压强度等性能，迅速排出水蒸汽降低内应力、防止爆裂、龟裂现象的发生。

防爆纤维性能
金林防爆纤维具有栈积比重小、分散性好、无烧结、无并丝、残留少、使用效果佳等特点，是各种不定型耐火材料新型防爆剂，尤其适用于高强快干不定型耐火材料。
1、抗拉申、耐冲击、提高整体强度。
2、疏水、排气、防龟裂、防爆裂。
3、缩短烘烤周期、简化升温过程，提高整体使用寿命。
防爆纤维使用方法
1、掺量范围：0.6-1.8kg/m3，混凝土抗裂防渗建议掺量0.9kg/m3。
2、长度选择：砂浆建议用6-8mm，混凝土建议用12-19mm。
3、将粗细集料连同纤维一起加入搅拌机加水搅拌，适当延长时间使纤维在混凝土中均匀分散。
防爆纤维用途
1、混凝土刚性自防水结构、地下室底板、侧墙、顶板及屋面楼板、水池等。
2、水泥砂浆、干粉砂浆、保温砂浆、抗裂砂浆、内外墙抹灰砂浆等。
3、抗裂、抗冲击、抗磨损、抗震等要求的场合。
4、桥面、桥墩、港口码头、水利工程等。适用于各种散状材料如涂抹料、浇注料等不定形耐火材料，应用效果尤为显着。
防爆纤维运输储存须知
运输与装卸：在运输过程中，不得用铁钩拖拽，应防止与坚硬物质混装，不可强烈振动、磨擦、踩、砸，严禁抛掷，应轻装轻卸，以减少包装破碎，影响使用。
储存：应储存于阴凉干燥处，防止内外包装袋破裂，防止受潮和吸附空气中其它物质，影响使用效果。严禁与有毒有害气体或易挥发物质混放，存放要远离污染源。
