残渣在锅内反复油炸所造成的炸油发黑现象，从而降低油耗保持油面清洁，油不碳化、不酸化、无废油产生。
燃烧室、引风机、烟囱置于生产车间外部，安全环保，不影响车间内卫生。
本机通过仪表温度对引风机的控制，可实现自动控温。
